At their nominal voltage of 6V, our N20 motors stall at 1.65A with a stall torque of up to 1.8 kg/cm. They may be micro, but they sure are mighty!
A single package contains:
- 2x gearmotors (of the chosen ratio)
The N20 motor and GM12 gearbox combo is a classic in the small-scale robotics world, with thousands of variations available from hundreds of sources. It has to be said – we haven’t reinvented the wheel here. With that in mind, how do you choose a supplier, and what makes our models different? Simply stated, we believe the RBN20 is the most powerful example of this popular class of gearmotor available in the UK, and with that, you will not find a price-to-power ratio as good as this anywhere else.
We have been able to strike this balance of affordability and performance by combining our own experience with that of our factory network. These are not our only high power brushed motors, we’re making a habit of this! Check out the smaller RBN10 variant of this product, the Mars RB180, Mars RB370 and Saturn RB775 (coming soon), all of which target the hobby robotics market, where power must come at a justifiable price!
